Randstad MENA is seeking experienced Demand Planner and Sales on behalf of a major client. This is a permanent staff position based in United Arab Emirates.

Job Description:

  • Demand Planning: Drives the demand planning process for CSBs in Europe and leads the monthly demand validation. Coordinate and align different teams to ensure a realistic sales forecast, bridging the communication between Sales, Product Management and Supply Chain teams across the region.
  • Regional Sales Support: Supports Business Management in the region, analyzing sales development against defined strategies, operational plan and sales forecast. Leads projects deployment at Global Key Accounts and regional customers in ME, guaranteeing the alignment with global targets.
  • Demand Planning - CSBs Europe, including Middle East
  • Responsible for overseeing the forecasting and collaborative demand planning process for CSBs
  • Prepare, facilitate and lead monthly demand validation meetings in the S&OP process for CSBs (S&OP process owner for demand validation)
  • Analyze, challenge and validate demand forecast provided by sales to make sure that Sales Plan is as accurate and realistic as possible
  • APO DP system key user for CSBs (maintains master data, CVC creation, maintain steering tables etc.)
  • Highlight major sales plan developments/changes and inform/discuss with stakeholders on a regular basis (Account Managers, Product Managers, Sales Head, Regional Planners, etc.)
  • Regional Sales Support ME
  • Responsible for performing Business Analysis for region on monthly basis, analyzing key financials (sales, profitability etc.), identifying gaps and follow-up actions when needed
  • Coordinate the implementation of projects, identifying and adapting available solutions (e.g. CRM, e-solutions, BRM, market data collection)
  • Evaluate and report NCM for ME business, identifying improvement measures and following-up on actions when needed
  • Coordinate business processes and their implementation
  • Support Sales team in all business related, including administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor title preferably with administration background
  • 3 years of job experience, preferably in different functions. Proven experience in Supply Chain processes, including demand planning and SOP cycles. Experience with Business Management support, mainly planning and reporting. IT skills: Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Knowledge of company internal system is appreciated (e.g. SAP). Industry requirement: Experience in the chemical industry or similar market. Preferred work or study experience in the Middle East region
