Richard Whale

Richard started his Randstad career in 2005 as a recruitment consultant in the Randstad CPE Southampton Branch, UK. He quickly gained excellent recruitment experience and exceptional customer service skills which lead him to become the Branch Manager, first for the Southampton office and then the Birmingham office. In early 2014 Richard was promoted to Regional Delivery Manager for the South West of the United Kingdom for the Birmingham, Southampton and Bristol regions. During his time as a billing consultant Richard was the perm consultant of the year in 2011, highest billing manager in 2010/2011 and in the top 5 highest billers from 2007 till 2012.

In 2015 Richard joined Randstad MENA as the Operations Director. Richard focuses his time managing teams that work in the Rail, Oil & Gas, Construction, Property and Engineering, Life Sciences, FMCG and Supply Chain & Manufacturing.

Hardip Dhaliwal

Hardip began her career with Randstad MENA in early 2016, and quickly advanced to become the region's key Sales and Operations Manager. As a dedicated professional with deep recruitment industry knowledge, Hardip supports the Sales and Operations team in the completion of proposals, presentations and tenders which have been part of major business wins.

With several years' experience in the Middle East, Hardip has built a reputation for developing key business management information reports and client service reviews for high echelon multinationals, major energy companies, and Fortune 500 firms. As such, she has extensive and specialised industry knowledge in the Industrial, Public, Commercial, Transport and Automotive Sectors.

Hardip has completed numerous professional certifications, from REC 'Develop & Win Big Business' tender writing, to Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for business reporting, and courses in UAE Labor Law.

Marlon Atreides

Marlon Atreides is an NLP master practitioner with over 10 years post graduate experience within the recruitment industry. Marlon is the Business Development Manager in Power & Energy for Randstad MENA.

Marlon has had exposure to the largest multinational's across every continent in the global energy sector and helped identify, attract and retain some of the best talent for the world leading oil and gas producing companies. Within this time he has gained enviable experience in culture audits, salary benchmarking, project staffing and senior appointments across a variety of functions and sub verticals helping companies lower attrition and understand what the perception is externally and internally of their brand. This wide reaching exposure has given him an enormous amount of knowledge about the key drivers for many different functions within a diverse array of business allowing him to provide tailored solutions to each client's requirement.

Grant Gibson

Grant Gibson is the Regional Business manager for the Logistics & Manufacturing Division for Randstad MENA having joined in February 2016. An experienced recruiter with nearly 10 years within the industry, Grant has worked in the IT, FMCG, Electronics, Energy and Construction markets.

Having worked in the UK, Western Europe and MENA geographies, Grant has extensive experience in recruiting across the globe and pairing the very best talent with worthy employers.  His experience in managing large, multi-cultural, multi-national recruitment teams on recruitment projects requiring executive search, project staffing, campaign recruitment gives Grant unique perspective allowing him to react very quickly to the specific needs of any clients.
