Richard Whale

Operations Director: Richard started his Randstad career in 2005 as a recruitment consultant in the Randstad CPE Southampton Branch, UK. He quickly gained excellent recruitment experience and exceptional customer service which lead him to become Branch Manager, first for the Southampton office and then the Birmingham office.  In early 2014 Richard was promoted to Regional Delivery Manager for the South West of the UK for the Birmingham, Southampton and Bristol regions. During his time as a billing consultant Richard was the perm consultant of the year in 2011, highest billing manager in 2010/2011 and in the top 5 highest billers from 2007 till 2012.

In 2015 Richard joined Randstad MENA as the Operations Director.  Richard focuses his time managing teams that work in the Rail, Oil & Gas, Construction, Property and Engineering, Life Sciences, FMCG and Supply Chain & Manufacturing. Contact Richard

Chris Wilson

Chris Wilson is the Sector Manager for Life Sciences with over four and a half years recruitment experience; three and a half of these years have been spent in the MENA region.

Chris has built Randstad's Life Sciences team covering the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices and FMCG sectors.

Marlon Atreides

Marlon Atreides is an NLP master practitioner with over 10 years post graduate experience within the recruitment industry. Marlon is the Business Development Manager in Power & Energy for Randstad MENA.

Marlon has had exposure to the largest multinational's across every continent in the global energy sector and helped identify, attract and retain some of the best talent for the world leading oil and gas producing companies. Waleed Anwar is a highly experienced Executive Recruitment specialist in the field of Logistics & Manufacturing in the MENA region.

Hardip Dhaliwal

Hardip Dhaliwal is the Sales and Operations manager for Randstad MENA. As an attentive professional her main function is to support the Sales and Operations teams in the completion of proposals, presentations and tenders which have been part of major business wins.

A key part of role is also having the ability to produce business management information reports and client service reviews ensuring service level agreements are being met.

With over 6 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Hardip has extensive industry knowledge in the Industrial, Public Sector, Commercial, Transport and Automotive Sectors.  Hardip has attended courses such as REC 'Develop & Win Big Business' to develop her skills in tender writing, PowerPoint Advanced to learn more ways of being creative and producing bespoke slides and Excel 2013 (advanced) to improve ways of reporting management information for the business and clients. Contact Hardip
