With an unrivalled recruitment pedigree spanning 35 years, Steven Ware is Middle
East Director, based in Dubai.
Previously Steven was Operations Director of Hill McGlynn & Associates (now Randstad
CPE) specialising in the worldwide recruitment of construction, property and engineering
staff, turning over £96m in 2010. The Dubai office was one of 16 branches of which
Steven was responsible.
Steven has been instrumental in driving the success of the Company, managing and
developing teams and forging lasting partnerships with Clients based on delivery
and quality of service.
While managing the delivery teams, Steven will focus on senior level appointments
in all sectors throughout the Middle East region.
Steven relished the challenge of developing the Middle East region and moved to
Dubai in 2010 with his wife

Simon has developed an impressive portfolio of delivering executive search for major
construction and engineering clients internationally, with experience covering the
UK Building and Infrastructure sectors as well as the Middle East, North Africa
and Asia.
Having worked with clients at functional, operational and board level Simon applies
focus on the quality of delivery before all else. Based and living in Dubai, outside
interests include rugby, golf and supporting the Harlequins Rugby team back in the
UK.

“Shey” holds a BA in Psychology, having previously worked in human resources for
two reputable companies, she Joined the Randstad Dubai office in October 2010.
As Executive Secretary to the Executive search and recruitment team, Shey’s main
focus is to support the administrative and back-office processes with responsibility
for co-ordinating client and candidate requirements. Young and driven, Franchette
has a passion for people, well being and professionalism.
